Gillian Darcy

Gillian Darcy is a Lecturer in Global and Language Studies at RMIT University. She lectures in linguistics subjects such as Intercultural Communication and Global Language. She also teaches Spanish. Gillian was born in Malta and her native languages are Maltese and English. Her main research interests are in Linguistics and Cultural Studies, including: memory studies, the politics of language, language and identity, and the languages of the Iberian Peninsula.
