A teacher foremost in life with a BA and Diploma of Education (and a strong teaching gene in the family), Georgina Adamson taught humanities in Victorian High Schools for a short time before she discovered her true vocation of food and cooking. This has been her career for over 35 years running her own eating establishments, catering and cooking privately. For the last 20 years she has combined her natural teaching aptitude with her passion for food and has been inspiring both children and adults of all ages about the ‘joy of cooking’.
Georgina has always enjoyed ‘jottings’ and has produced a small cookbook…with stories about her experiences as a private cook in an Italian inspired villa. More recently she has written and produced a number of small books about life with her grandchildren.
