Sarah Vincent

Sarah began her writing life as a playwright, graduating from the VCA with an Associate Diploma Dramatic Arts (Scriptwriting). Her plays have been performed professionally in Australia and have travelled to Athens and Edinburgh. She has changed her focus to prose and has returned to study in RMIT’s Associate Degree in Professional Writing and Editing.

She has been short-listed for the Bridport Flash Fiction prize and the Joanne Burns Award. In 2014 she was invited to a memoir-writing week at Varuna and was accepted into the Hardcopy program run by ACT Writers in 2015. Her memoir Death by dim sim is being published by Penguin Random House in March 2017.
